Cole has spent more than 10 years in the building industry, gaining experience across residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Raised in Drury, he has strong ties to the South Auckland community he proudly serves today.

After school, Cole worked for two of Auckland's leading high-end residential building companies, refining his craftsmanship and developing a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. He also spent a year in Melbourne working on large-scale industrial projects with a focus on concrete slab construction. This diverse experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of projects of all sizes.

Returning to New Zealand in late 2024, Cole founded WatCon Projects with a vision of delivering a more personal, quality building service. What sets Cole apart is his genuine passion for working with people. Whether it's a small renovation, a large extension, or a new build, he enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping bring their ideas to life. The main priority throughout the process is always the quality of the outcome for the client. His approachable nature, clear communication, and commitment to delivering on promises have become hallmarks of the WatCon Projects experience.
