When you get in touch through our website contact form, or through an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, phone number, email address and details about your project.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote and provide our building services. We never sell or trade your information to anyone else.
We don't share your information with anyone, apart from the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website hosting and email provider. They only see what they need to keep those services running.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit an enquiry through one of those platforms, your information is also covered by Meta's own privacy policy, as well as this one.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and provide our services, or for as long as the law requires.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cole@watconprojects.co.nz and we'll sort it out. We handle all of this in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
